Proposal submission needs to conform to the following requirements:
  • Both PDF and raw LaTeX versions of the proposal need to be submitted.
  • Use the LaTeX template files <soprop.tex> and <soprop.cls>.
  • File-naming conventions:
    • PI first initial followed by PI last name (e.g., psmith.pdf and psmith.tex)
    • If the PI submits multiple proposals, then, e.g., psmith1.pdf, psmith2.pdf, etc.
  • If you need to submit changes or edits, you may resubmit your proposal ad infinitum before the deadline has lapsed.
    To do so, simply re-upload your files with the same names they had at the beginning. We track versions, internally.
